Link Status Checker — Pro

This policy explains how the Link Status Checker — Pro browser extension (“the extension”, “we”, “us”) handles your information. The extension is published by SaaS Master (Veeme Media). It applies only to the extension itself.

The extension requests only the browser permissions it needs to do its job. Each one is listed below in plain language:

• activeTab

  Read the links on the page you're currently auditing.

• scripting

  Collect the links and highlight broken ones directly on the page.

• storage

  Remember your settings, such as timeout and crawl limits.

• host access (all sites)

  Check link statuses across any site and, when you turn it on, crawl your own whole site.

Scan results live in memory while you work and are cleared when you close the tab, unless you choose to export them to a CSV or PDF you save yourself. Your settings are stored locally in your browser.

• •To check a link, the extension sends a request to that link's URL to read its HTTP status code — the same request your browser makes when you click a link. No personal data is attached.
• •Nothing is sent to our servers, and there is no tracking or analytics.

• •We do not collect, sell, or rent your personal information.
• •We do not use analytics or tracking inside the extension.
• •We do not require an account, a login, or a subscription.
• •We do not transfer your data to third parties for advertising or any other purpose.

Because your data lives in your own browser, you are always in control of it. You can clear it at any time from within the extension or by removing the extension, which deletes its local storage. Any files you export are saved by you and are not tracked by us.

The extension is a general-purpose productivity tool and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from them.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the “Effective” date above and post the revised policy at this URL. Continued use of the extension after an update means you accept the revised policy.
