I honestly think their software is way overpriced (not the ltd, the standard pricing is off). Flick.tech offers A LOT more featuers for a fraction of the cost. Lifetime deals are made to gather capital, but they also need a sustainable pricing model going forward.
I'm overall not impressed by their tool. Since the start of the AppSumo campaign, all reports have been bugged in some sort of way (eg. posts not showing, random IDs popping up instead of images, the PDF export is not working) and the data I get is really, really superficial. Basically everything is publicly available outside of the medium likes for top9 posts in the hashtag.
At the moment, I'm not sure I'll keep it, even though it seems promising over the long run. They're focusing on entirely wrong stuff, like adding new toolkits for tiktok and other socials, while they never got the base product (hashtag research) on par with other solutions in the market.
3000 searches a month? For the basic? Or lifetime or ?
From appearances, yeah the UI needs a lot of work.
BUT that hashtag data is pretty valuable and justifies the AppSumo price.
