You answered many of the questions that I had about the app!
A few notes:
• Smart Replies (keywords) for individuals is 100% necessary.
• Auto adding subscribers to specific groups is 100% necessary as well. (sort of like a smart reply, but you can call it smart placement).
• on a similar note, Adding contact into a specific group via Zapier is necessary (as well as importing name via Zapier as you mentioned).
• The entire Group messaging process should be reformated, it currently seems very limited, even with Smart replies.
